Introduction

The Measles and Rubella Viruses Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic kit, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection of measles and rubella virus nucleic acids in throat swab samples from patients with signs and symptoms of respiratory infection or cutaneous symptoms, in conjunction with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.
The test is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis and differentiation of Measles and Rubella in humans.

Features

  • Multiplex: Real-time multiplex PCR detects measles virus and rubella virus in a single test.

  • Reliable: Internal control ensures the reliability of the entire process.

  • Efficient: 96 tests in 109 minutes.

  • Compatible: Compatible with widely used instruments on the market.
