Introduction

The BioPerfectus E. coli Typing (5) Real-Time PCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on multiplex real-time PCR technology, intended for the detection of DNA from Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC), Enteroinvasive Escherichia coli (EIEC), Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), and Enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC). Samples can be obtained from human feces.
